Hooligan Eats: Ocabanon

Just went to Ocabanon and it was fantastic! It’s a little french place. The chef and manager worked at Le Bernadin and Daniel, and it’s right around the corner! We had the escargot and the beef wrapped around blue cheese, cooked perfectly. Delicious. Wines were wonderful.
