Go Big, or Go Home. A Recap of Coachella 2019

2019 marks my 7th year attending the Coachella Music & Arts Festival. Now held on back-to-back weekends, Coachella has exploded in popularity since my first trek to the annual desert disco in Indio, CA. There’s more bands, more stages, and a bigger festival ground to accommodate the caravans of concertgoers. Along the way, it has also become a vogue destination for brands, celebrities, influencers, and the über elite. I’m sure it sounds like I’m going to bash Coachella after that introduction – it does feel a little more commercialized than it used to – but I’ve come to the conclusion that it doesn’t really matter. I had a killer weekend dancing and hanging with a great group of friends.
