Zach’s parents tried to dissuade him from following in their footsteps, but he did what any teenager would have done. He didn't listen. Instead, he jumped head first into the unpredictable world of advertising. Zach developed his passion for the art of filmmaking and advertising while studying mass communications as a member of Tau Epsilon Phi at The University of Delaware. A post-production internship then led him to the craft of editing. Enamored by the art, he found that it utilized a thinking process similar to puzzles, a sort of passion for him. Eventually, Zach met his mentor, Hooligan Partner/Editor Eric Carlson. During this eight-year tutelage, he cut campaigns for Chevron, Vicks and Time Warner Cable; meanwhile, he honed his craft, client relations acumen and, incidentally, the life skill of mixing unparalleled tequila cocktails. In 2015, Hooligan appointed Zach to a staff editor position. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and snowboarding. He’s also a diehard Mets, Rangers and Jets fan.
